Online Store Eligibility & Order Acceptance

Our online store is intended primarily for direct purchases by end users. Existing resellers, OEMs, and other channel partners are requested to continue placing orders through their designated sales representative or account manager to ensure that their agreed commercial terms, pricing, and support arrangements are maintained.

Orders placed through the online store that are identified as channel-partner or resale purchases may be cancelled or redirected to the appropriate offline sales channel.

Customers requiring bulk quantities, project pricing, educational pricing, OEM procurement, or purchases for resale are encouraged to contact our sales team directly. We will be pleased to provide commercial quotations and account-specific pricing where applicable.

Embedded Systems Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Accept or decline any order.
• Limit the quantities that may be purchased.
• Request additional information regarding the intended use of the products.
• Cancel or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale, redistribution, export, or any unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Restrict purchases where necessary to protect our authorized distribution network or comply with manufacturer policies.

Acceptance of an online order confirmation or receipt of payment does not constitute final acceptance of the order. An order shall be deemed accepted only upon confirmation of shipment by Embedded Systems Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Where an order is declined or cancelled, any payment received will be refunded through the original mode of payment in accordance with our refund policy.

Where an order cannot be accepted through the online store, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative purchasing process through our offline sales team.

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics or events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activities or misuse of the website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

All website content including text, logos, product images, graphics and software are the property of Embedded Systems Solutions Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Product Warranty statement

Warranty coverage for products sold through shop.embeddedindia.com varies depending on the manufacturer, product type, and applicable OEM warranty policy.

The warranty period applicable to each product, if any, will be clearly specified on the respective product page or in the product documentation supplied with the product. In the event of any discrepancy, the manufacturer's warranty policy shall prevail.

Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Embedded Systems Solutions acts as an authorized distributor/reseller for the products offered on this website. Warranty claims, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty procedures. Customers may be required to return the product for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no additional warranty, express or implied, is provided by Embedded Systems Solutions beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
